KLM/Air France protest at Bristol Airport

On Sunday 1st July BARC activists set up outside Bristol Airport to inform travellers that Air France/KLM are still transporting animals for cruel experiments by the vivisection industry.

Our huge banner and graphic placards left passers-by in no doubt as to why we were there and we received a large amount of support from people going into the airport and those driving past.

We anticipate those coming in to the airport to catch KLM flights will think twice about using this airline again until they have severed their ties with this barbaric trade.

Apparently we weren’t the only people protesting at the airport either! The police arrived about 30 seconds after we did and asked whether it was our ‘lot’ inside too? 🙂
